Membership
Some features of Australian Fowl Exchange require a paid membership or subscription.
Memberships may include:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Free trial periods

Subscription pricing is published on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.
Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, users may cancel at any time before the trial ends.
If a trial is not cancelled before expiry, the subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
Australian Fowl Exchange does not store your credit card details.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the flock records and information you enter into Australian Fowl Exchange.
You are responsible for ensuring your records are accurate.
We strongly recommend keeping regular backups of your data using the export tools provided within the Flock Management System.
Acceptable Use
Members agree not to:
- Use Australian Fowl Exchange for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Misrepresent themselves or their breeding activities.
- Use Australian Fowl Exchange to harass or abuse other members.
Breeder Directory
Breeders are responsible for the accuracy of information published in their directory listings.
Australian Fowl Exchange does not guarantee the quality, health or suitability of birds, eggs or poultry offered for sale by members.
Transactions remain solely between buyers and sellers.
Intellectual Property
All Australian Fowl Exchange software, branding, graphics, text and content remain the intellectual property of Australian Fowl Exchange unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable software and services, Australian Fowl Exchange cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for losses arising from:

- breeding outcomes
- hatch rates
- business interruption
- incorrect user-entered information
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
